Patrick Burke, Managing Partner
Pat is the founder and principal owner of PRO•TEM. He is an attorney, CPA, and a partner and director in several national companies focused on professional services to commercial clients. Pat’s accounting firm, Burke & Schindler CPAs, is among the most successful local accounting firms in the region. He has deep family roots in the local law community as well, and also serves on local charity boards, including Boys Hope Girls Hope of Cincinnati where he recently was the Board Chair.
Ann Walter, J.D., Legal Professional Resource Associate
Ann is an attorney licensed in Ohio and Illinois with experience in civil litigation and business development. As a Cincinnati native, Ann received her B.A. in psychology from the University of Arizona and went on to get her law degree from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. Ann worked primarily in insurance defense litigation at Faulkner and Tepe, and she earned a mediation certificate from Northwestern School of Continuing Studies in Illinois.
Katie Lange-Dardugno, Director of Recruiting
Katie comes from a long lineage of attorneys. She is the third generation in her family to be part of the Ohio Valley legal community. In addition, Katie has a distinguished career as a young executive in professional staffing with two of the world’s leading global staffing firms. She brings a passion for the law profession and the world’s best recruiting practices to deliver top talent to PRO•TEM’s clients.
Jake Burke, J.D., Attorney Liaison
Jake graduated from the Xavier University with a B.A. in Accounting and a MBA and recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He serves as a liaison between the young attorney’s and PRO•TEM’s career team to ensure we are providing the critical training and contract opportunities for candidates to achieve their professional goals.
Mark Miller, Managing Director
Mark has 25 years of professional contracting experience. He served as the Division Director for a large global contracting firm prior to launching Xperianz, one of the most successful professional staff augmentation startups in the Midwest. Mark is a CPA and began his professional career as a Senior Consultant for E&Y. He founded and sold four contracting firms prior to joining Pat Burke in multiple professional service operations.
