Administrative Assistant – Part-time – very flexible!

We are searching for a mature, responsible, smart, experienced administrator to handle the personal business affairs of our client, who is a very successful business executive.  The work schedule AND location is extremely flexible…  most can be handled from your home.

We’re looking for someone to…

  • Work 10 – 15 hours per week initially, with a full-time position possible within 6 to 18 months
  • Perform light bookkeeping – you don’t need to be an accountant, but know how to balance a check book and categorize expenses using a spreadsheet or Quickbooks
  • Respond to tenant calls for a small office building
  • Pay routine bills and invoices – most is automatic withdrawals, some require checks
  • Communicate with building maintenance vendors
  • Coordinate with accountant to complete the bookkeeping
  • Meet building contractors on site if necessary
  • Coordinate an executive calendar
  • Make follow-up calls and coordinate meetings
  • Manage / prioritize email inbox
