Legal Secretary – Litigation

Our client is searching for a Legal Secretary with litigation experience to join their team.
Job Duties:

  • Prepare documents at the direction of supervisor
  • Receive and screen calls and respond to inquiries
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
  • Proofread and correct prepared materials
  • Log, docket and schedule hearings and notices of hearings
  • Composes routine letters and memoranda
  • Create and maintains office files, logs and other information
  • Prepare travel arrangements
  • Enter billable time for attorney and paralegal
  • Prepare bills for clients


  • 3+ years administrative experience in a law firm
  • Litigation experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
